Soccer KC Referee SMS Terms

These terms apply to the Soccer KC referee text-messaging program operated by Pickup Soccer Kansas City LLC.

Program purpose

Soccer KC sends operational text messages to participating referees. Messages may include referee opportunities, assignment confirmations, reminders, availability or response deadlines, schedule or venue updates, cancellations, replacement requests, and related support messages. The program is not used for unrelated marketing.

Consent

Referees join only after Soccer KC asks for text-messaging permission and the referee expressly agrees. Consent to receive automated texts is optional and is not a condition of participating in Soccer KC activities. A referee may decline or withdraw consent without losing the ability to communicate with Soccer KC through other available methods.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on the league schedule, referee availability, assignments, and operational changes. Message and data rates may apply according to the referee’s wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP to opt out of future Soccer KC referee-program texts. Soccer KC may send one final message confirming the opt-out. After opting out, the referee will not receive further automated program texts unless the referee later provides fresh consent.

Availability and changes

Text delivery is not guaranteed. Soccer KC may suspend or change the program when needed for operational, security, legal, carrier, or provider reasons. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
